Frequently Asked Questions
Do you guarantee that I will secure interviews or employment?
No. Hiring decisions remain with employers. Hudson provides the strategy, research, coaching and tools required to conduct a stronger and more focused campaign, but no ethical career adviser can guarantee an interview or job offer.
Are personal introductions guaranteed?
No. Relevant contacts may be identified, but introductions are selective. They depend on the relationship, the relevance of the opportunity and whether an introduction would be appropriate for everyone involved.
Are the live roles current?
Roles are checked at the time the research is completed. Vacancies can be changed, paused or withdrawn by employers without notice.
Will you rewrite my resume and LinkedIn profile?
Every campaign includes strategic review and positioning advice. A complete resume or LinkedIn rewrite can be added where required.
Do you apply for jobs on my behalf?
No. The purpose of the service is to help clients build the knowledge, confidence and relationships needed to manage their own career campaign successfully.
